What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering Technician position at Actalent?
We are looking for a dedicated Construction Technician with experience in construction inspection and surveying. The ideal candidate will assist with soil density testing at landfills and manage documentation. Good communication and writing skills are essential. This position requires extended travel primarily throughout the state of Kentucky and potentially to surrounding states. Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
Responsibilities- Assist with construction inspection and surveying.
- Conduct soil density testing at landfill sites.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to construction projects.
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Travel extensively within Kentucky and possibly to surrounding states.
- Experience in civil construction testing.
- Proficiency in surveying and civil 3D.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Two-year technical degree is a plus.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
