Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Technician for our third shift to prepare samples and process products. This role involves setting up equipment, assemblies, and experiments, as well as collecting data in accordance with work instructions or experimental plans. The technician will be responsible for preparing reports with data and analysis, supporting senior level technicians and engineers, and understanding and adhering to all safety requirements. The role also requires maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment through the completion of 5S standards. Regular and reliable attendance is essential, along with contributing positively to the company culture.
Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and process products.
- Set up equipment, assemblies, and experiments.
- Collect data per work instructions or experimental plans.
- Prepare reports with data and analysis.
- Support senior level technicians and engineers with project execution.
- Understand and adhere to all safety requirements, communicate risks, and assist in their resolution.
- Complete all 5S standards to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Contribute to the company culture through alignment with company values and code of conduct.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Process improvement knowledge.
- Troubleshooting equipment.
- High School Diploma or Associates degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to keep detailed notes and well-organized data.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work under general supervision.
Work Environment
The position is based in a clean work environment, operating on a third shift schedule from 10:00PM to 6:00AM. Overtime is rarely required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $46234.00 - $53732.00/yr.
