Test Technician – Chelmsford, MA

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Electronic Test Technician, you will:

• Perform electrical and RF testing on system sub‑assemblies and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.
• Follow detailed Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet strict quality and performance standards.
• Operate various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to verify product functionality.
• Accurately document test data, update databases, assist with report generation, and support continuous improvements to test procedures.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.
• Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to support throughput and ongoing process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• This position is ideal for new graduates in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Engineering Technology, or related fields, or individuals with hands-on lab or internship experience.

We’re seeking candidates who bring:

• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task completion.
• High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
• Exposure to electrical or micro-electronics through coursework, internships, labs, or previous experience (preferred but not required).
• Understanding of ESD procedures and familiarity with electronic test equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with potential for overtime)

• Must be eligible to obtain an interim clearance

This is a Contract position based out of Chelmsford, MA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
