  • Inspect work in progress to verify that workmanship meets quality specifications, adheres to schedules, and complies with housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure scopes of work are completed and ready for QA/QC inspections.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with mechanical and electrical system owners, general contractor area superintendents, and representatives from other trades.
  • Purchase wiring, parts, and materials in a timely manner to ensure availability and support uninterrupted project progress.
  • Train electricians and helpers on project requirements, installation standards, and schedules to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Utilize workforce tracking tools, including production tracking, checklists, punch lists, site inspection forms, and housekeeping logs, to monitor and manage field activities effectively.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents accurately.
  • Experience coordinating with BIM modelers to ensure accurate content is incorporated into models for field installation.
  • Knowledge of OSHA 30-level safety principles and practices relevant to electrical and industrial construction environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills for developing work plans, tracking production, and managing materials.
