Job Description
The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements, along with the overall completion, delegation of tasks, client relations, and general project management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements.
- Manage the overall project completion, including task delegation.
- Maintain strong client relations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project management for industrial, commercial, and automotive construction projects.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of electrical project management and estimating experience.
- Proficiency in construction estimation software such as Accubid and familiarity with Procore or similar software.
- Experience in project management for industrial, commercial, and automotive construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required for candidates with less than 10 years of experience.
- Experience in construction management, bidding, budgeting, and preconstruction.
- Experience with electrical, MEP, and mechanical estimation, and familiarity with Bluebeam.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
