POSITION SUMMARY:
The professional is responsible for overseeing the company’s Environmental, Health
and Safety (EHS) systems, tools and processes to ensure compliance, efficiency
and continuous improvement. This role manages all EHS software platforms,
consolidates KPIs, analyzes data trends, and generates reports to support
strategic decision making. Additionally, the position leads the corporate EHS
training program, manages EHS documentation and procedures, and conducts audits
across company sites. The role also provides direct EHS support for office
locations in New York and New Jersey, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations
and corporate standards.
Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
- Highly detail-oriented individual
- Management of the environmental compliance calendar
- Audit support and coordination
- Coordination of CPR/AED training and certifications
- Assistance with Industry Safe and Convergence systems and activities
Work Environment
The role involves interacting with manufacturing staff and overseeing day-to-day operations on the floor. The candidate will report directly to a senior director and be involved in various locations, including New York and New Jersey offices. The work setting requires engagement with diverse teams and functions to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montvale, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
