🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Conduct topographical, boundary, and as-built surveys with precision and care
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers on construction layout efforts
- Draft detailed plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Research land records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage survey data uploads/downloads and maintain organized documentation
🎓 What You Bring
- 1 year of experience in land surveying or CADD drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Experience drafting topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
