Job Description
This position is responsible for planning, engineering, and designing electric and gas distribution systems. The role involves determining the need, size, location, and timing of power delivery infrastructure development to balance economic, environmental, social, and regulatory constraints, along with reliability needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop work packages for overhead, underground, and residential distribution systems.
- Conduct field engineering for project requirements and identify conflicting utilities.
- Perform engineering and design calculations.
- Participate in post-construction reviews to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Basic knowledge and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts in a narrow technical domain.
- Capability to solve simple, routine technical problems by following established procedures and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
