Job Description
We are seeking a Development Quality Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, advanced computer skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an individual contributor, you will work collaboratively within teams to support quality disciplines and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Participate in or lead teams supporting quality disciplines, decisions, and practices.
- Lead on-time completion of design control deliverables.
- Support on-time execution of Quality Plans for internal product development processes (PDP), OEM-based Clinical Product Development (CPDP), and design change projects.
- Generate PDP design verification test plans/reports for product/system requirements.
- Lead or support Risk Management activities from product concept through commercialization, including generation of risk management plans/reports.
- Complete and maintain hazard analysis, FMECA's, and Cybersecurity risk assessments.
- Identify essential outputs and generate Essential Output reports.
- Complete labeling verification activities and generate labeling verification reports.
- Collaborate with design engineering to complete customer/system/product requirements.
- Ensure completion, integrity, and regulatory standards compliance of DHF content.
- Resolve gaps through collaborative communication.
- Complete document change request reviews in a timely and objective manner.
- Identify and implement effective process control systems to support development, qualification, and ongoing manufacturing.
- Assist in implementing assurances, process controls, and CAPA systems.
- Support the development and execution of streamlined business systems to resolve quality issues.
- Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, communicate, and resolve quality issues.
- Support all company initiatives related to quality management systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional duties as identified by functional management based on current project/business objectives.
