Description
We’re seeking a Dentist to join our team and help lead a growing dental program. This role combines patient care, clinical leadership, and teaching, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on oral health outcomes in an underserved community. The position includes supervising fourth-year dental students through an academic partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care
Supervise and mentor fourth-year dental students as adjunct faculty
Diagnose and treat common oral health conditions, including administration of anesthesia and nitrous oxide
Support and train dental staff as needed
Participate in peer review, quality improvement, and staff meetings
Deliver patient or community dental education as requested
Additional Skills & Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of Minnesota
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the United States
Current Registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and BLS certification
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with managing anxious patients
Experience in simple and surgical extractions of erupted teeth
Experience in anterior and premolar endodontic procedures. Molar endodontic experience a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $180000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
