Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a short-term system implementation project. This role is vital in transferring high volumes of data into a new fault-tracking system, which is crucial to maintaining production uptime and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Enter and transfer large volumes of data from spreadsheets into a new manufacturing system.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify missing information and proactively contact internal partners to obtain required details.
• Ensure system entries are set up correctly to avoid production downtime.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in data entry and quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Comfortable making phone calls to retrieve missing information.
• Personable, professional, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently in a repetitive, process-driven role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume data transfer.
• Proactive communication skills for contacting internal partners.

Work Environment

This position operates in an office environment where you will work independently on repetitive tasks. Professionalism and dependability are key in maintaining the integrity of the data entry process.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
