Customer Assistance Specialist

As a Customer Assistance Specialist, you will provide high-quality customer service to our client's diverse clientele, including consumers, healthcare professionals, and internal personnel. You will document interactions according to established guidelines, identify adverse events and product complaints, and manage fulfillment processes through various communication channels. Administrative tasks will also be a part of your responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

• Provide exceptional customer service to consumers, healthcare professionals, and client personnel.
• Document interactions in accordance with established guidelines and identify adverse events and product complaints.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, client products, SOPs, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Process medical information requests via email, fax, and regular mail.
• Perform line checks, system verifications, and generate reports.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience or a combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer and keyboarding skills.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Fluency in a second language may be required.
• Demonstrated confidence, initiative, and flexibility.

The role requires maintaining a professional demeanor and working in a dynamic environment that may necessitate multitasking and adjusting to changing priorities. Dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract position based out of Morrisville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $17.04 - $18.93/hr.
