  • Help monitor and report progress metrics such as test results, issue resolution, and schedule alignment
  • Collaborate in the field to verify that electrical and mechanical systems are properly installed and tested
  • Assist with training site personnel on system operations and performance expectations

What You Bring

  • Familiarity with electrical and/or MEP systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required)

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)

  • Associate degree or construction-related education
  • Experience with data center environments or mission-critical systems
  • Experience in electrical construction or MEP trades
  • Familiarity with tools like Procore, CXAlloy, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills (tracking logs, reporting, dashboards)
  • Experience participating in construction coordination or OAC meetings
  • Exposure to commissioning processes or supporting system testing
