This role involves overseeing the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and programming of building automation control systems while delivering top-tier customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in HVAC systems, control devices, computer operations, electronics, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, direct digital controls, airflow, hydronic systems, IT networking, analytics, and building controls technologies.
Responsibilities- Serve as the direct customer contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns by implementing corrective actions and communicating resolutions effectively.
- Engage with building owners, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and field support staff.
- Understand contract clauses and mitigate risks associated with construction contract content.
- Validate project scope, cost, and schedule, ensuring compliance with project documentation and safety guidelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, participate in pre-bid validation meetings, and establish customer expectations.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring delivery to scope while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Accurately forecast project costs and control expenses by monitoring the assigned project budget.
- Oversee project cash-flow management, including progress billing, collections support, and monitoring resource management.
- Create and maintain construction schedules using Gantt charts or other tools to organize project timelines.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop risk plans when reviewing contracts and estimates.
- Validate and oversee subcontractor proposals and supervise the work of assigned project teams.
- Prepare and set up subcontractor agreements, including scope statements, milestone dates, specifications, bonding requirements, and billing schedules.
- Strong project management skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
