Job Description
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader is responsible for fostering a culture of Lean thinking and continuous improvement across the organization. This role involves leading, coaching, and training teams on CI tools, while supporting daily management and PDCA problem-solving. The CI Leader will facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and 5S, as well as support flow and pull systems. Additionally, this position requires partnering cross-functionally to eliminate barriers, sustain improvements, and effectively communicate CI progress.
Responsibilities
- Drive Lean thinking and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Lead coaching and training sessions on Continuous Improvement (CI) tools.
- Support daily management and PDCA problem-solving processes.
- Facilitate kaizen events, value stream mapping, and 5S activities.
- Support flow and pull systems implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers and sustain improvements.
- Communicate progress and achievements in CI initiatives effectively.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Expertise in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience in Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma.
- Ability to conduct process improvement and process mapping.
- Experience in Lean implementation and Value Stream Mapping.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in leading continuous improvement activities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
