Construction Superintendent

Job Description

he role involves scheduling and coordinating meetings with the project manager, as well as providing on-site reports and collaboration. Daily travel to job sites is required, using a company-provided car and gas card. A per diem is also provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all fieldwork on job sites.
• Coordinate with laborers and manage on-site activities.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with the project manager.
• Report and collaborate with the project manager on-site.
• Travel daily to job sites using a company-provided vehicle.

Essential Skills

• 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Proficiency in safety, supervision, and construction supervision.
• Experience in project scheduling, commercial construction, and industrial construction.
• Proficiency in quality control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with software such as Procore or Autodesk is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Findlay, OH.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
