Construction Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Quality Control Support professional to contribute to the successful construction of an ARC training building, a vehicle maintenance shop, and an unheated storage building. The role demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained across all phases of the construction project.
• Collaborate with construction management to oversee project compliance with NAVFAC standards.
• Apply quality assurance techniques to monitor and improve construction practices.
• Support the successful completion of federal projects valued at $30 million or more.

• Quality control and quality assurance expertise.
• Experience with NAVFAC standards and construction management.
• Active Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQMC) certification.
• At least 5 years of experience as a quality control manager on federal projects of similar size and scope.
• 10 years of experience in federal construction.

• Experience with quality control management on federal projects is highly desirable.

This role offers an opportunity to work on a project expected to last over a year, with the potential for additional awards and projects in the Southeast region. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, precision, and adherence to federal construction standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, GA.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
