Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee a significant roof replacement project at Quantico Marine Corps Base, encompassing seven different buildings with a project value of $4 million. This role involves managing and overseeing the daily operations of the project, reviewing the scope of work, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The manager will also be responsible for reporting progress during meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction project.
• Review and uphold quality standards of the project.
• Assess and ensure compliance with the scope of work.
• Report on project progress during meetings.

Essential Skills

• Quality control management experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• USACE Quality Control Manager (QCM) certification.
• 5-8 years of federal construction experience.

Work Environment

The work is fully on-site at Quantico Marine Corps Base. This position is available due to new project awards starting sooner than expected, with all internal staff allocated to other ongoing projects. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quantico Base, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $58.00/hr.
