Construction Project Engineer

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager in the Ohio area. This individual will oversee project operations, conduct progress meetings on-site, handle buyouts, manage submittals, and RFIs, and collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders. The position involves a balanced mix of on-site and office work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project operations to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular progress meetings on-site.
• Manage buyouts and submittals effectively.
• Handle RFIs and collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• Project management expertise in construction.
• Experience in commercial and industrial construction.
• Knowledge in construction management and vertical build projects.
• 3-5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with project management software like Procore or MS project!

Work Environment

This role offers a dynamic work environment with a 50/50 split between on-site duties and office-based tasks. The successful candidate will work in a setting that combines hands-on fieldwork with strategic office planning.

This is a Contract position based out of Alvada, OH.

The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $43.50/hr.
