Construction Project Coordinator

Job Description: Small general contractor focusing residential, commercial, and industrial projects

• Serve as liaison between project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
• Cost Tracking & Financial Support
• Track RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
• Assist with contract documentation and change order tracking
• Assist in developing and updating project schedules
• Track milestone dates and deliverables
• Coordinate meetings (pre-construction, subcontractor, safety, owner)
• Track final inspections and sign-offs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is advantageous.

This is a Contract position based out of Toledo, OH.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
