Construction Integration Manager 5

The Construction Integration Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers, ensuring seamless integration and fit-out activities for systems and infrastructure in leased facilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
• Select, train, evaluate, and manage staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
• Lead end-to-end project management of integration and fit-out activities for systems, services, and infrastructure.
• Drive scope definition, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination across contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee milestone planning and delivery, including Beneficial Use and RNI.
• Manage financial and scope of work approvals, budgets, and handovers to Operations with full accountability for documentation and expectations.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
• Familiarity with machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles for production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10 years of experience in telecom and construction management.

The role requires working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a focus on integrating systems and infrastructure in leased facilities. The environment involves coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Alvarado, TX.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Alvarado,TX.
