Construction Estimator – Memphis, TN
Join a growing mid-size civil contractor and own the bid. You’ll turn plans into winning estimates, drive competitive pricing, and partner with PMs and subs to deliver smart, buildable projects.
What you’ll do
- Build accurate takeoffs and cost estimates
- Lead bids (hard bid & negotiated) and proposals
- Align scope, schedule, and pricing with project teams
- Level subs/suppliers and find value-engineering wins
What you bring
- 10 years estimating (civil/commercial/industrial)
- Strong plan reading takeoff/software skills (Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, etc.)
- Proven ability to win work through sharp, reliable numbers
Big impact, fast-moving team, real ownership of the pipeline.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxford, MS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
