As a Complaint Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and tracking customer complaints, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting internal teams with data and reporting—primarily using Microsoft Excel.


Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and track customer complaints in internal systems.
  • Coordinate complaint investigations by gathering information from various departments.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all complaint-related activities.
  • Use Excel to organize, sort, and analyze complaint data.
  • Generate reports and summaries for internal teams using Excel tools such as Pivot Tables and filters.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on complaint status and resolution.
  • Assist with product return coordination related to complaints.
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking logs and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
  • Support document handling and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 2 years of administrative or data entry experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, sorting/filtering data, formatting spreadsheets).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP or similar data systems is a plus.
  • Prior experience in complaint handling or customer service is helpful.

This position offers a hybrid work model, with a mix of remote and in-office work. The office environment is collaborative and team-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement.
