Job Description

This role supports the delivery and operational readiness of large‑scale, mission‑critical facilities. The Project/Program Manager partners with engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams to review technical designs, validate system performance, and ensure infrastructure is installed and operating as intended.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating commissioning activities
• Reviewing electrical and mechanical documentation
• Conducting equipment walk‑downs
• Working with vendors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues

The role operates with a high degree of independence while collaborating closely with on‑site teams to meet safety, quality, and schedule objectives.

MUST HAVES:

• 5-6 years experience with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience supporting electrical and/or mechanical systems in complex facilities environments
  • Ability to review design documents, specifications, and test scripts (1-2 years of electrical design)
• 5-6 years experience with Project Management
  • 5 years managing technical projects with defined scope, schedule, and deliverables
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and contractors
• 5-6 years experience with data center commissioning/controls bckgrnd
  • Hands‑on exposure to building controls, automation systems, or operational readiness validation
  • Ability to identify system gaps and drive corrective actions
• Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation, presentations)
• Clear tracking of issues, risks, and commissioning outcomes
• Microsoft Suite experience

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Commissioning experience
• Data center experience
• Construction MEP experience

This is a Contract position based out of Sparks, NV.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
