Commercial Production Manager

This position entails managing and overseeing painting crews and maintaining customer relationships on a daily basis. The role involves direct supervision of 10 to 15 painting crews, focusing on commercial and general contractor projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff in the field.
• Act as the liaison between painting crews and customers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, field, and production teams.

• Experience in construction trades.
• Production management and supervision skills.
• Field supervision and crew scheduling expertise.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish.
• Proficiency in construction and painting.

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience overseeing crews within any construction trade.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable using technology, specifically Microsoft Office.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
