Are you a CNC Programmer who enjoys working on custom projects instead of repetitive production runs? We're looking for someone who can take ownership of CNC programming, work closely with machinists, and help drive quality and efficiency in a custom fabrication environment.

What You'll Do

• Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software

• Program mills and lathes for custom and one-off parts

• Review blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings

• Troubleshoot programs and support setup and first-piece runs

• Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for quality and efficiency

• Partner with machinists and engineers to improve processes and reduce cycle times

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of CNC programming experience

• Mastercam or similar CAM software experience

• Experience programming mills and lathes

• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience in a job shop or custom fabrication environment preferred

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

• GD&T knowledge

• Experience with large structural or fabricated components

• Setup and machining experience

• Continuous improvement mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
