Clinical Services Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA | Schedule: Full-Time | 9/80 Work Schedule (every other Friday off)

As Clinical Services Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated mental health team, helping to shape and deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care to some of the most vulnerable members of the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of mental health professionals and interns.
- Oversee assessments, referrals, and crisis interventions.
- Collaborate with housing and case management teams to ensure integrated care.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external providers and community resources.
- Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and reporting.
- Develop and implement psychosocial programming and mental health events.
What You Bring
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (LCSW eligibility required).
- 4 years of experience in social services; 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and crisis response.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s License and ability to travel locally.
