Clinical Research Dietitian

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to understand and follow institutional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), review and assess protocols for clarity and feasibility, and ensure all training and study requirements are met prior to trial conduct. You will work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator(s) while exercising excellent clinical judgment in patient monitoring and care.

• Communicate timely with internal teams, investigators, review boards, and study subjects.
• Perform protocol-mandated visits which may include providing personalized Lifestyle Management Counseling, setting goals for patients based on their background, ethnicity, and/or economic needs, and amending as needed per protocol guidelines.
• Provide helpful materials to assist patients in achieving their nutritional and physical activity goals.
• Attend remote, video-assisted protocol visits, review applicable study logs, collect AE/Concomitant Medication changes, and complete eSource.
• Perform patient diet and nutritional education, including promoting good eating habits.
• Schedule study visits with participants within the protocol window.
• Prepare documentation ahead of appointments and ensure study participant files and source documents are ready for their visit.
• Participate in and implement quality improvement projects.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

• Licensed in at least FL and/or TX; additional licenses are a plus.
• Open to obtaining additional licenses.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior clinical research experience as a dietitian or in any other capacity.

This position is fully remote, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The role offers flexibility while maintaining a collaborative environment to ensure the success of clinical trials.

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
