Join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing clinical and translational research within a specific Division. This role involves assisting with study coordination, patient recruitment, and enrollment for investigator-initiated and multi-center research studies. You will work directly with study physicians, research coordinators, project managers, and other research staff to support high-profile studies in drug trials, including those treating Parkinson's disease.
Responsibilities- Assist with study coordination and recruitment for various research projects.
- Conduct patient recruitment and enrollment for clinical studies.
- Perform screening visits and consent participants for studies.
- Process and ship laboratory samples.
- Enter data into research databases accurately.
- Escort participants to testing and procedure areas.
- Work closely with study physicians and other research staff.
- Experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, and enrollment.
- Proficiency in chart review and data entry.
- Ability to pre-screen patients effectively.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Our facility is located at the northwest corner of 9th and Pine streets, easily accessible by public transport, including a short walk from PATCO and SEPTA stations. Parking is available nearby. Initially, the role requires on-site presence, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week for the first four months, increasing to two days thereafter, provided it does not interfere with responsibilities. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
