Civil Engineering Manager

A well‑established, multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking a senior Civil Engineering leader to take ownership of its California Land Development market.

This role is designed for a leader who thrives at the intersection of client strategy, business growth, and people leadership — not someone chasing individual deals or staying billable day‑to‑day.

What You’ll Do

• Own regional growth strategy and sales performance for Land Development
• Build trusted, executive‑level relationships with developers and public agencies
• Lead and mentor senior client and delivery leaders across Southern California
• Shape pipeline strategy, forecast growth, and guide major pursuits
• Serve as Principal‑in‑Charge on high‑impact, complex projects

This is a Permanent position based out of Tustin, CA.

The pay range for this position is $250000.00 - $300000.00/yr.
