What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Engineer position at Actalent?
Actalent is hiring for a Solid Waste Engineer, ideally someone who has a PE license or on track to obtain a PE license.
Location Options: Remote, or in specific offices including Findlay, OH; Concord, CA; Dallas, TX; Tampa or Winter Garden, FL; Pittsburgh, PA; or St. Louis, MO.
Job Responsibilities:
-Leading teams or projects.
-Preparing engineering calculations, drawings, reports, and permit applications.
-Providing technical oversight and quality control.
-Coordinating with contractors and clients.
Must Have:
-BS/MS in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, or Mechanical Engineering.
-10 Years of experience: Preferably in the the Landfill/Solid waste Experience
-Knowledge of AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, and ArcGIS software, as well as federal and state environmental regulations.
Nice to Have:
-P.E license

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
