Job Description

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer specializing in stormwater and drainage design to support our various incoming projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers and contribute to a range of projects, including commercial, multi-family residential, multi-disciplinary, and retail developments. Expertise in areas such as stormwater design, land development, traffic engineering, and landscape architecture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers on diverse project types, including commercial, multi-family residential, multi-disciplinary, and retail projects.
• Design and implement solutions for stormwater management, drainage, and land development.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create precise and efficient engineering designs.
• Conduct site design and land development projects, focusing on grading, drainage, stormwater, wastewater, and utility design.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in civil design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience in site design, land development, and utility design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification.
• Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) certification.

Work Environment

The role involves working collaboratively with a team of engineers and leveraging advanced technologies such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. The work environment supports professional growth and offers opportunities to work on a variety of projects across different sectors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, NY.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
