Job Title: Entry-Level Civil Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in civil design and land development projects while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects, including site layouts, grading, and drainage systems.
- Support septic system design and permitting processes.
- Utilize Carlson software for drafting and design tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, and construction documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- EIT certification (preferred, but not required).
- Familiarity with Carlson software and basic civil design principles.
- Strong understanding of septic design, stormwater management, and land development concepts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of stormwater and drainage design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience Level
- Entry-Level (Internship or up to 2 years of relevant experience).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
