We’re a long-established Land Planning, Surveying, and Site Engineering firm—family-owned since 1947—known for our collaborative culture, hands-on mentorship, and extremely low turnover. Our team partners with architects, landscape architects, environmental specialists, and developers to bring a wide variety of projects to life, including:

What You’ll Do

As a Civil Engineer on our team, you’ll take on a diverse range of responsibilities that keep each day interesting:

• Lead and contribute to site design projects from concept through completion
• Develop stormwater and drainage management systems
• Create septic system and grading designs
• Prepare submissions for local municipalities
• Design roads, storm sewers, and related infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary experts to solve real-world challenges

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience with AutoCAD (and other industry-standard tools)
• EIT certification preferred
• P.E. License a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and team mindset
• Positive energy, curiosity, and passion for engineering

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Civil 3D or HydroCAD
• Familiarity with drainage, stormwater, grading, septic, and hydrology concepts
• 0–3 years of related experience (we welcome early-career engineers!)

Work Environment & Perks

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Riverside, CT.

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Riverside,CT.
