Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to collaborate closely with our nursing team, focusing on documentation and patient care. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hospital experience and is open to entry-level candidates, supported by comprehensive training plans.

• Collaborate with the nursing team to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Provide compassionate patient care, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform various tasks that align with the organization's vision and values.
• Work effectively to support the hospital's operations in a cost-effective manner.

• Valid CNA license or Medical Assisting Diploma.
• BLS Certification.
• Ability to work rotating weekends.

• Experience in medical, patient care, and health care settings.

This is an on-site role with 12-hour shifts scheduled from 7 PM to 7 AM. The position is based in a hospital setting, offering a full range of services including a Level II trauma center, obstetrics and pediatric services, and comprehensive cardiac and surgical services. The work culture emphasizes high mentorship, collaboration, and a legacy of human kindness. The role is a long-term contract position with potential for merit increases based on performance. Candidates will eventually be eligible for holiday and vacation benefits, and upon permanent employment, additional benefits such as health, dental, eye care, and PTO will be available.

This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
