Bring ideas to life through design. We’re seeking a Junior Level CAD Designer to join our engineering team in Owensville, Missouri. What You’ll Do
- Assist in designing and developing engineered products from concept to completion.
- Translate conceptual ideas into detailed CAD models and high-quality production-ready designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and manufacturability.
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager, receiving mentorship and training to accelerate your growth.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and product development.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Associate’s degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with machining or working with materials such as wood, metal, vacuum forming, injection molding, blow molding, steel stamping, and forming.
- A keen eye for design and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
