What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Designer position at Actalent?
Job Description:
- Develop topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction survey drawings.
- Create surfaces and base files for grading and drainage plans.
- Draft plot plans, foundation location plans, and final site plans.
- Assist field crews with data import and setup for stakeout jobs.
- Interpret field notes, sketches, and title reports.
- Maintain CAD standards and contribute to best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and surveyors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- 3 years of experience in CAD drafting for civil and survey projects (preferably civil)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
