Description

- Assist with purchasing materials, products, or aviation components

- Create, process, and monitor purchase orders

- Request and review supplier quotes

- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery status

- Track open orders and follow up on delayed materials

- Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier information

- Support sourcing and supplier management activities

- Help resolve order, invoice, or delivery discrepancies

- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing needs

- Assist with supplier performance tracking

- Support inventory availability and material planning efforts

- Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes

- Learn KP Aviation’s internal procedures, systems, and aviation requirements

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Haves:

- Bachelors degree in: supply chain, business, supplier management, etc or 1-3 years of buyer experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
