Business Systems Analyst/ Project Manager

Lead and manage ERP system processes for demand planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management. Collaborate with global stakeholders to define transitional process flows and system architecture while working closely with IT teams to implement and optimize ERP system changes.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Engage with global teams to ensure cohesive process management.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and provide decision support for manufacturing leadership.
• Provide training and support to end-users for effective ERP system utilization.
• Lead and participate in ERP system enhancement projects and process improvements.

• 8 years of experience working with enterprise ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS or Fusion.
• Experience in large 'change management' projects such as integrations or ERP migrations.
• Proficiency in Oracle/SAP module configurations.
• Project management experience, including testing system integrations and workflows.
• Experience managing projects in a manufacturing setting, supporting purchasing and inventory.
• Proficiency in SQL for data queries.
• Operational-based analysis skills, including inventory data analysis and capacity planning.

• Experience with project management, either formally or developed on the job.
• Soft skills such as self-initiative, cross-functional collaboration, and detail orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Preferred experience in upgrading from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.

The work schedule includes on-site work from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday. The role offers the opportunity to engage in high-profile projects within a global environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
