Responsibilities- Perform clash detection using BIM, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments to resolve detected clashes.
- Conduct occasional site visits to ensure project alignment.
- Primarily work in an office setting to manage BIM coordination tasks.
- 4-10 years of experience in BIM Coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- High school diploma or higher with a focus on electrical disciplines.
- Experience in working with commercial, educational, healthcare, government, and mixed-use projects.
The position is based in an office with 35 employees, working Monday through Thursday with extended hours and a half-day on Fridays. There is flexibility for personal needs such as drop-offs and house issues. The company offers a supportive environment with team events like golf tournaments, sports games, and summer BBQs. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $48.08/hr.
