Join our dynamic team as an Associate Scientist in the Antibody Engineering Group, where you will play a crucial role in designing, constructing, and engineering monoclonal and bispecific antibodies. You will utilize modern molecular techniques and conduct immunoassays to evaluate the function, stability, and serum clearance of these antibodies.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the design and engineering of bispecific antibodies.
- Utilize molecular techniques and computational tools to enhance antibody affinity, stability, and developability.
- Conduct immunoassays such as ELISA to evaluate antibody functionality.
- Use analytical instruments like flow cytometry to assess antibody functions.
- Design and engineer various antibody formats using advanced molecular techniques.
- Proficiency in monoclonal antibodies and ELISA.
- Experience in immunoassays and flow cytometry.
- Expertise in molecular cloning, RNA isolation, and nucleotide sequencing analysis.
- Hands-on experience with sequencing analysis and mutagenesis.
- Proficiency in using software for plasmid maps and nucleotide sequence analysis (e.g., Snapgene, GraphPad Prism, Excel).
- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline with at least two years of related experience or a Master's degree in a related field.
- Industry experience is preferred, with 4-5 years of experience being ideal.
- Basic experience with programming languages such as Python, VBA, or R is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and rigorous experimental practices.
- Excellent time-management skills.
The position is fully onsite, with 15-20% of the time spent at your desk. Work is conducted in a laboratory setting within a mid-sized company with many exciting products in the pipeline.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
