Assistant Superintendent

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in coordinating field execution, engineering, and project management teams. You will track daily progress, prepare comprehensive reports, and assist with site logistics and scheduling coordination. Your efforts will support issue resolution between trades and maintain seamless communication between clients and field teams. Additionally, you will assist with documentation and maintain accurate field records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between field execution, engineering, and project management teams.
• Track daily progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Assist with site logistics and scheduling coordination.
• Support issue resolution between trades.
• Maintain effective communication between client and field teams.
• Assist with documentation and field records maintenance.

• Experience in industrial construction and construction supervision.
• Subcontractor management expertise.
• Proficiency in schedule tracking and use of Microsoft Projects.
• Knowledge of safety and quality control practices.
• Experience with Procore and project management.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced jobsite environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
