Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator to efficiently manage documentation on active projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will oversee labor, the build process, and project documentation. Responsibilities include handling RFIs, change orders, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. This role requires proficiency with tools such as Bluebeam, BIM 360, Procore, and ACC. Collaboration with superintendents, estimators, and accounting teams is essential, as well as maintaining clear communication and organization via Outlook, Excel, and digital file systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage active jobs simultaneously. (Documentation)
• Oversee labor, build process, and project documentation.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and safety protocols.
• Use tools like Bluebeam, BIM 360, Procore, and ACC.
• Collaborate with superintendents, estimators, and accounting.
• Maintain clear communication and organization via Outlook, Excel, and digital file systems.

Essential Skills

• Electrical, organizational, and management skills.
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project coordination.
• Proficiency in construction software and digital tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with electrical construction, wiring, and MEP.
• Experience with both large and small-scale projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.
• Background in electrical engineering or supplier/GE experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $43.27/hr.
