What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Designer position at Actalent?
Architectural Designer
-Will utilize Revit to create designs in 2d and 3d
-Coordinate with project teams and engineering personnel
-Draws finished designs from sketches.
-Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
-Performs analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.
-Prepares project specifications, compiling, and analyzing relevant data.
-Writes reports and specifications.
-Estimating 40-45 hrs per week
Hours:
Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday
**Workplace flexibility. Can offer fully remote or onsite work, depending on location!!
*Contract - can work anywhere, be remote.
*Contract to hire - must live by one of local offices.
Must haves:
- 5 years of experience in Revit design.
- Strong experience in commercial architecture and design.
- Proficiency in creating construction documents using Revit.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
