Architectural Designer

We are seeking dedicated and self-motivated architectural designers to join a dynamic team in the mission-critical sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on life sciences and mission-critical projects, providing an environment conducive to professional growth and learning.

• Contribute to the preparation of technical documents and drawings.
• Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts.
• Engage in design and planning studies.
• Collaborate with project teams to solve technical issues.
• Participate in internal project team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

• 3 years of relevant experience in an architectural practice.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Licensed Architect.
• Experience or interest in mission-critical projects.
• Experience with construction documents and administration.
• Project management skills.

This role is based in a supportive 70-person firm focusing on life sciences and mission-critical projects in the Dallas office. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
