Architect

Description:

Actalent is seeking a Architect to assist with booming Historic Preservation Portfolios. This person should have experience with either portfolio type, the ability to produce construction document sets, and manage a project independently.

The ideal candidate must be motivated, a creative thinker, and be passionate about creating places that enrich and inspire. The position involves working with diverse teams on a wide range of potential project types, including learning environments, housing, adaptive reuse, and civic and cultural institutions.

Skills:

• Ability to produce construction drawings
• Project management experience
• Construction administration

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience
• Licensed architects preferred
• Historic preservation experience is a huge plus - an interest in that type of work is a must.
• Must have Revit experience
