- Proficiency in Revit software.
- Experience in creating construction documents and detailing.
- Strong architectural design skills, including design development and schematic design.
- Experience with K12 school projects.
- Experience as a Project Architect or Project/Job Captain.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawing and construction drawings.
The role involves working as part of a team of three within a larger office structure that includes two companies. The team is responsible for K12 school projects, with a focus on the Eden Prairie school district. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
