About the Role
As a Sr. Android Developer, you will play a critical role in understanding and evolving our existing Android call platform. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in deep technical problem‑solving and enjoys being the go‑to expert across teams.
In this role, you will:
- Reverse‑engineer and analyze an existing Android application to understand its architecture, identify gaps, and guide modernization efforts.
- Drive technical innovation by recommending enhancements and influencing future architectural decisions.
- Serve as a key technical liaison between internal teams and external development partners—ensuring alignment, clarity, and high‑quality delivery.
- Leverage deep expertise in low‑level Android development, device‑level interactions, telephony APIs, and system services to advance platform capabilities.
- Help mentor and elevate Android developers, contributing to a strong, collaborative engineering culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of hands‑on Android development experience, including building and maintaining production‑grade apps.
- Strong proficiency with Java, Kotlin, and core Android platform components.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with BSP, Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving experience and ability to assess and deconstruct complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across distributed, remote teams.
- A team‑oriented mindset, with a passion for guiding and supporting fellow developers.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of St. Louis, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
