Ai/ml Developer

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Developer to design and develop scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems. You will be responsible for integrating these systems with internal enterprise databases and APIs, as well as designing effective prompts and evaluation frameworks. You will deploy these agents using cloud platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and stay current with technological advancements.

• Build scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems using Python or C# and agentic frameworks.
• Connect AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and knowledge bases to enable real-world actions.
• Design effective prompts and guardrails to manage agent behavior and ensure secure outputs.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to monitor agent performance and accuracy.
• Deploy agents to production environments using cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into AI agent solutions.
• Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning to recommend new tools and methodologies.

• Expert-level proficiency in Python or C# with experience in related libraries and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models, NLP, embeddings, and RAG techniques.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, microservices, testing, and version control.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud computing platforms for deploying AI solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience building agents or conversational AI applications using specific tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration patterns and frameworks.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy practices, and Responsible AI principles.

This role involves working within a collaborative environment using the latest AI and machine learning technologies. You will deploy and maintain AI solutions on cloud platforms, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to support production environments.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
