Lead F-16 Adversary Program Integration and Fleet Coordination!

Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA-226 F-16 adversary aircraft activities in Fallon, Nevada. The selected candidate will serve as a senior liaison with Fleet F-16 adversary squadrons and training sites while supporting acquisition, transition, sustainment, training, site activation, manpower, and Contractor Logistics Support activities.

Working directly with Government leadership, Fleet stakeholders, engineering and logistics organizations, training sites, and industry partners, the selected candidate will coordinate requirements, resolve programmatic and technical issues, and develop long-range roadmaps for F-16 adversary systems and future aircraft transfers.

This position requires a senior Naval Aviation professional capable of independently managing complex assignments and integrating operational Fleet requirements with program acquisition and sustainment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a senior liaison with Fleet F-16 adversary squadrons, training sites, and PMA-226 stakeholders.
• Analyze program/project objectives, requirements, status, budgets, schedules, and lifecycle support needs.
• Support technical evaluation and identification of weapons-system requirements, resources, supportability, and maintainability needs.
• Coordinate with Fleet points of contact to refine operational requirements and translate them into program actions.
• Lead liaison actions related to F-16 acquisition, transition, site activation, pilot training, non-USAF system development, manpower, and Contractor Logistics Support.
• Support program test and evaluation planning, lifecycle cost analysis, standardization / compatibility activities, and program management analysis.
• Develop F-16 adversary system roadmaps and long-term plans for future aircraft transfers.
• Prepare and coordinate executive briefings, program reviews, schedules, action items, and decision-support products for Government leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, aviation, logistics, finance, or related discipline.
• 10 years of professional experience performing program/project management, Naval Aviation, acquisition, sustainment, logistics, or equivalent duties.
• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing complex aviation program requirements and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Former Naval Aviator.
• Specialized experience supporting F-5 or F-16 aircraft and/or extensive experience supporting or utilizing Navy or Marine Corps aircraft.
• Experience with Naval Sustainment System-Aviation (NSS-A) processes and briefings.
• Experience with adversary aviation, F-16 transition, site activation, pilot training, or Contractor Logistics Support.
• DAWIA / Defense acquisition certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
